We ensure that our Quality Management Systems is in place by means of following our company procedures and policies. We are working towards Accreditation with SAIW for quality management system.
ISO 9001, ISO 9015 and ISO 3834 for fusion welding of metallic material.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Defined as the management of direct resources viz. human, facilities, processes, components and raw material to accomplish the products and services supplied by the business.
Supervision
a) To supervise subordinates on the production site.
b) To be responsible for production, planning and control.
c) To be responsible for quality and production targets setting.
d) To be responsible for improving work methods.
To be responsible for communication and building teams of employees.
PROJECT MANAGER
a) To be responsible for internal and external communications.
b) To be responsible for records keeping.
c) To be responsible for marketing and public relations.
d) Identifying other income generating activities.
e) Making presentations
f) Writing reports and proposals
g) Liaison with stakeholders
WORKING STAFF POLICY
All workers will work according to the labour law acts where they are entitle for the tea breaks and lunch times as follows.
1. Normal working hours will be nine hours including one hour lunch break
2. Normal overtime paid at 1.5 for all hours worked as overtime
3. Sunday and Public holidays as double payments
4. Artisans are required to bring their own tool boxes when hired and will be only assisted if required.
