OUR MOTIVATION

The development and growth of small businesses in our communities is a major prerequisite. However, without job creation and equity the rate of crime will continue to be under debated. We have already engaged ourselves in this under-taking and regard ourselves as the most important tool in the expansion and growth of small businesses.

The establishment of a vibrant free-market economy is a necessity for South Africans to realize and achieve a long-lasting and stable social and political equilibrium for that reason, meaningful programmes needs to be developed to meet the needs of our societies.

We as South Africans are facing major problems of unemployment and crime. Both are associated with violence, if we look at the figures of matriculates and graduates that are currently entering the labour market every year, with no hope of finding employment, it’s becoming more and more difficult for every South African citizen. As people of this country, we need to stand-up and solve the employment crisis and crime as controversial issues.

As Sand Pipers Trading Enterprise and Engineering, we want to change all of that to introduce a new dimension of hope for our young people and previous historical disadvantage individuals to form part of a dynamic company that will change the challenges young people encounter at present. Our fundamental task is to identify the shortage of skills in our communities and making sure there is a transfer of skills and the unskilled become skilled and at the same time become employable in Government and the private sector, which is the mines and power stations at present. Sustainable and equitable growth is to make sure young people in the training dimensions must be empowered.
